Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE

WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. There are associated costs with returns, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must include all original parts, components, and packaging exactly as received.

  • The product must be in its original condition. Damage due to careless handling is excluded.

  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our control.

  • The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

A return will be processed within 7 working days after receipt. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

Send an email to: info@anna-boutique.com
Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (mandatory in case of damage or defect)

  • First name and last name

  • Full return address

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send returns back to the original sender. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.

All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Cancellation

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, provided the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily commercial.

Cancellation Conditions

Order cancellation is possible within 1 hour after placing the order.
After 1 hour, cancellation is no longer possible, as the order will already be in processing in our automated system.

Because we operate with a fully automated fulfillment process, orders are triggered immediately and cannot be interrupted once processing has started.


Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Anna Boutique) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

The withdrawal is only complete once we have physically received the returned goods.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

Please note: As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our direct control.

If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until delivery and then return the items.

To ensure fast processing, please send us your return shipping confirmation once the parcel has been sent.


Customs Fees on Returns

Return shipments may be subject to customs inspection and additional charges.

Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees applied by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not covered or refunded by Anna Boutique.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team immediately and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence

If we confirm that the fault lies with us or occurred during transit, we will provide a replacement free of charge or issue a refund at our discretion.

Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Consequences of Withdrawal (Refunds)

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods and approved the return.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.
