Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours after placing the order by contacting our customer service team via email:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation


Important Conditions

Because we operate with a fully automated order processing system, orders are transmitted to our fulfillment partners almost immediately after being placed.

Once an order has entered the processing stage, cancellation is no longer possible.

This means:

  • If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours and the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you must wait until the order is delivered and then follow our Return Policy.


Orders Already Shipped

If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.

Please wait until you receive the goods and return them in accordance with our Return Policy. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our direct control.


Refunds After Cancellation

If your cancellation is accepted:

  • A refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • Refunds are processed within a reasonable time and no later than 14 days after confirmation of cancellation.

If the order has already been shipped, no refund will be issued until the goods have been returned and received by us.


Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if:

  • The request is submitted after the allowed cancellation period.

  • The order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.

  • The order was placed fraudulently or in violation of our Terms and Conditions.


Final Notes

  • Cancellation is a one-time courtesy, not a guaranteed right once processing begins.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they enter correct order details before completing checkout.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external logistics partners.
